The health ministry in Gaza has said that at least 43,163 people have been killed in the year-long conflict, AFP reports.

The toll includes 102 deaths in the previous 24 hours, according to the ministry, which said 101,510 people have been wounded in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
