Hezbollah says launched ‘big rocket salvo’ at north Israel base: report
The Lebanese group says it launched a large barrage of rockets at an Israeli army base near the northern town of Safad, Al Jazeera reports.
Hezbollah fighters fired “a big rocket salvo” at the base, the group said, adding the attack was “in defence of Lebanon” and “in response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on villages and homes”.
Israel has reported repeated attacks with more than 100 rockets launched from Lebanon since early this morning.
