Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi has called on the UN Security Council to ban all sales of weapons to Israel.

“Countries that truly want an end to the dangerous regional escalation and seek peace and security in the Middle East must immediately stop supplying Israel with the weapons it is using in its aggressions,” he said in a post on X.
