France believes that “force alone cannot be enough to guarantee Israel’s security”, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot has said, during a visit to Israel for the October 7 Hamas attack anniversary, AFP reports.

“The time for diplomacy has come,” said Barrot during a press conference.
