Israeli fighter jets launched three raids around the southern entrance to az-Zawayda town in central Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

At least 15 people are now confirmed dead following an Israeli attack in the Az-Zawayda area of central Gaza, according to local media reports.

Footage posted by Al Jazeera Arabic shows rescue crews recovering bodies as they search through the rubble of a now-destroyed warehouse, which was said to be housing displaced Palestinians.

The Wafa news agency earlier reported that at least 10 people had been killed in those attacks, which targeted tents sheltering displaced Palestinians.
