At least five people have been killed and dozens of others were injured by Israeli air strike on the al-Mawasi refugee camp, west of Khan Younis, Al Jazeera Arabic reports.

Israeli warplanes fired five missiles at tents housing displaced people and the water desalination unit near al-Nus roundabout.

Video footage verified by Al Jazeera’s fact-checking agency Sanad has documented the arrival of dead and injured from the al-Mawasi refugee camp to the Nasser Medical Complex in neighbouring Khan Younis.
