The Israeli military has arrested three Palestinians in the Iktaba area of the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarem, Al Jazeera cited the Wafa news agency as reporting.

A father and son were among three men arrested, according to Wafa, as the Israeli military stormed the area and raided homes.

Israeli reconnaissance aircraft and snipers have been deployed, while the Palestinian armed group the al-Quds Brigades have said they clashed with Israeli forces near the Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem.
