The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says about 80,000 people have been displaced from eastern Gaza City following an Israeli military operation and evacuation order issued on June 27, Al Jazeera reports.

OCHA called for the offensive to end, saying that aid organisations are working hard to support Palestinains, but “their hands are tied”.
