MIANWALI: A man, of Bitian near Mianwali city, turned out to be the killer of his elder brother, police say.
Investigation SP Qazi Ali Raza told reporters that the police were alerted on Feb 10 about a body near Chaboranwala village in the precinct of Musakhel police.
The deceased was identified as Attaullah Khan, of Bitian. The Musakhel police registered a murder case on the complaint of the deceased’s father.
An investigation team traced and arrested Shafaullah, who is the younger brother of the deceased. He confessed to killing Attaullah for his ‘drug addiction’ and that he would quarrel with family members.
He shot him dead and threw the body in deserted fields.
