KASUR: A woman allegedly killed her husband over a domestic issue at village Sharifpura near Phoolnagar on Saturday.

The suspect, identified as Sakina Bibi, 40, is the mother of five children.

According to the Phoolnagar police, tailor Muhammad Yousaf had contracted marriage with Sakina 15 years back; however, the couple developed differences in recent years.

On Saturday, Sakina hit Yousaf in the head with a heavy object and killed him on the spot. Sakina escape from the site.

Police later arrested her, recovered the weapon of murder and registered a murder case against her.

According to SHO Muhammad Raheel Khan, some domestic issue became the motive of the murder.
