Sindh has reported 386 new coronavirus cases, taking the provincial total to 256,220, according to an update shared by Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah's office.

The province also recorded four deaths in the last 24 hours, with its Covid-19 death toll rising to 4,292.

According to the statement, a total of 11,040 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours.
