Two blasts rock Jalalabad
KABUL, Oct 22: At least two explosions rocked the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad on Wednesday, causing minor damage but no casualties, witnesses and officials said.
One of the blasts took place outside the communications department in the city centre while the second, minutes later, ripped through a wall near the city’s electricity department.
