KARACHI: PM may attend varsity convocation

KARACHI, July 22: Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali is likely to attend as chief guest the 3rd annual convocation of Iqra University, to be held in August, a spokesperson for the varsity told Dawn on Tuesday.

She said the date for the convocation will be adjusted to the prime minister’s other programmes in the city. Education Minister Zubaida Jalal and Sindh Governor Ishratul Ibad will also attend the convocation, where medals and degrees will be awarded to passing out students.
