KARACHI, April 30: Samad Bawany caused a mild upset in the Karachi Club Younis Latif Baksh One Frame Memorial Snooker Tournament, when he ousted seeded cueist Huzeifa Mushtaq by winning the frame 53/31.

Joining Aneel was younger brother Ajay, who accounted for Hammad Khatri 53/47, in a closely fought out frame.

Also going into the third round was seasoned Abdul Waheed Sheikh, who accounted for Shafiq Amiwalla 50/40, Bharat Satiani who had to work up a sweat in overcoming Umair Idrees 60/47 and Ahmed Saleem who had little difficulty in disposing off Ashwaq Yousuf Toto 58/28.
