HPS, City School in final

KARACHI, Oct 20 Habib Public School and The City School (PAF Chapter) reached the AKU Inter-school Boys U-17 Basketball Tournament final after winning their respective semi-final matches at the AKU Sports Centre Gymnasium here on Tuesday.

In the first semi-final, Habib Public defeated Shah Wilayat Public School 49-45. Hammad Saeed (33 points) played well for the victors.

Meanwhile, The City School thrashed British International School 68-25 in the other semi. Jauhar Hasnain scoring 33 points had pivotal role in The City School's triumph.—Agencies
