Pleasant weather in Lahore

Published April 28, 2003

LAHORE, April 27: It remained overcast on Sunday, making weather pleasant.

The Mercury had already declined from Friday’s maximum temperature of 41.0 degrees C to 34.0 degrees C following Saturday afternoon’s rain.

Many families thronged parks in the afternoon to enjoy the pleasant weather.

The Met office said low pressure continued to exist in the area. It forecast a dust-storm with chances of drizzle for the provincial metropolis and adjoining areas during the next 24 hours.—APP
