PJA to hold judo event

LAHORE, Oct 24 The Punjab Judo Association (PJA) will be organising a championship for men and women in Lahore in November.

According to a PJA spokesman, the men's championship will be held from Nov 16 and the women's event from Nov 22.

Besides a training course for coaches was also being held here, he said. Senior judokas and coaches from all the affiliated districts of Punjab have been invited to participate in the two-day course. Belt examinations will also be conducted for the participants with the PJA providing board and lodging for the players.
