SBA name squad for National Badminton

KARACHI, Feb 11 The Sindh Badminton Association (SBA) on Wednesday announced its squad for the 52nd National badminton championship which runs at the PSB Coaching Centre from Feb 15 to 21.

Teams of thirteen affiliated units of the Pakistan Badminton Federation (PBF) are expected to feature in the week long spectacle. The teams are Wapda, Railways, Army, HEC, New Khan Sports, Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, NWFP, Islamabad, Fata, Northern Areas and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Sindh has named two outfits for men's and one for women's at the end of trials held at the Sindh Sports Board complex on Wednesday.

Teams

Men's 'A' Mohammad Ali, Hasan Zaidi, Usama Iqbal, Khawaja Mujeeb, Mohammad Huzaifa Moin, Farhan Mohib and Khalil.

Men's 'B' Abeer Saeed, Waseem Ismail, Imran Ali, Shehryar Pasha, Shahzaib Iqbal, Arsalan and Usman.

Women's Nageen Khan, Yusra Waheed, Varda Zafar, Sama Asif, Humaira Raees, Uroosa Iqbal and Soofia Mughal.

Manager men's Owaisul Hasan. Manager women's Mahiya Moin.
