HYDERABAD, April 21: The sixth extra joint civil judge, Hyderabad, on Monday called for the medical examination of a woman, who was recovered by the Site police in Badin following registration of a a case under the Hudood Ordinance by her husband.

The woman, who was produced before the court from the Dar-ul-Aman, has again been sent there, while the accused, Mir Notiyar and Pathan Notiyar, were remanded in police custody for two days.

Earlier, the Site police recovered the woman from Badin district.

Her husband, Dawood Sehto, a resident of Hashmi Colony, had lodged a case against Pathan Notiyar and Mir Notiyar, accusing them of abducting his wife.

The case was lodged under section 11/16 Zina Hudood Ordinance.

The judge said that the woman should be produced after two days with her medical report.
