PESHAWAR, April 18: The DCO Peshawar has asked MPAs of district Peshawar to submit their development schemes to district development committee (DDC) forthwith to complete necessary procedural requirements.

This was announced at a meeting held here on Thursday, said an official handout.

The meeting was participated by MPAs Syed Zahir Ali Shah, Ibrahim Qasmi, Kashif Azam, Khalid Waqar Chamkani, Javed Khan Mohmand, Iftikhar Ahmad Khan Jhagra, Maulana Amanullah and Dr Zakir Shah. District finance officer (DFO) and EDOs of works and services, finance and planning, education and health departments also attended the meeting.

The DCO briefed the participants about guidelines issued by the planning and development department regarding the execution and implementation of development schemes from the MPAs fund. Schemes, identified by MPAs, will be sent to the local government department for scrutiny and then for approval of the chief minister, he said.
