KHAIRPUR, Dec 6: Unscheduled loadshedding with a duration of 24 hours has been continuing during Ramazan in 80 villages of taluka Kot Diji specially in UC Naseer Faqir Jalalani and UC Bafo.
Residents of the area accused local Hesco officials of recently suspending power supply for 48 hours which had badly affected tube wells and trade activities in the rural areas.
The villagers claimed that they had concrete evidence regarding involvement of Hesco employees in power theft, and added if inquiry was initiated, they would produce the same.
