LARKANA, Dec 6: A raiding party of the Sindh High Court, circuit bench Larkana, on Thursday found two people being kept in illegal confinement at the CIA Centre, Larkana.

Zahid Ali Siyal, a resident of Ayub Colony, moved the division bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice S.A. Rabbani and Justice Mohammed Moosa K. Leghari alleging that the CIA police three days back raided his house and picked his two sons, Nabi Bakhsh and Asghar Ali Siyal, and since then they were kept in habeas corpus.

The division bench appointed M. Ismail Memon as the raid commissioner with the instructions to pay a surprise visit to the CIA police station so as to locate the detainees.
