27 Punjab colleges get principals

MULTAN, Aug 23 The Punjab higher education department has appointed 27 associate professors and assistant professors of grade 18 and 19 as regular principals in different colleges of the province, including Multan division. Higher education acting-secretary Ahad Khan Cheema, through an office order issued on Aug 18 and received here on Saturday, has appointed Faiz Rasool as principal of Government Degree College, Jalalpur Pirwala, Multan; Rana Zafar Iqbal as principal of Government Degree College Shujabad, Multan; Associate Prof Muhammad Hussain Azad as principal of Government Degree College, Jahanian, Khanewal; Muhammad Arshad as principal of Government College, Lodhran.

Assistant Prof Muhammad Tayyab Iqbal of Government College Dunyapur, Lodhran, has been appointed as principal of Government College, Karor Pacca, Lodhran; Assistant Prof Muhammad Ramzan Shahid of Government College, Burewala, as principal of Government College, Makhdoom Aali, Lodhran; Associate Prof Ghulam Sarwar of Government Degree College Hafizabad, as principal of Government Degree College, Hafizabad; Assistant Prof Muhammad Arshad Javed of Government Degree College, Alipur Chatta, Gujranwala as principal of Degree College, Alipur Chatta; Assistant Prof Syed Maqbool Hussain Shah of Government Degree College, Lala Musa, Gujrat, as principal of Degree College, Lala Musa, Assistant Prof Shahid Ahmed of Government Abdul Haq Degree College, Jalalpur Jattan, Gujrat as principal of Government Degree College, Jalalpur Jattan, Assistant Prof Muhammad Nawaz Cheema of Government Islamia College, Sambrial, Sialkot, as principal of the same college; Assistant Prof Azhar Hussain Bokhari of Government College, Chak 90/SB, Sargodha, as principal of the same college; Assistant Prof Khalid Mehmood Sipra of Government College, Bhalwal, Sargodha, as principal of the same college; Assistant Prof Iqbal Ahmed Malik of Government College Bhera, Sargodha, as principal of the same college; Assistant Prof Abdul Kareek Qasim of Government College, Jandanwala, Bhakkar, as principal of the same college; Associate Prof Bashir Ahmed of Government Imamia College, Sahiwal, as principal of the same college, Assistant Prof Sikandar Ali of Government Degree College, Hujara Shah Muqeem, Okara, as principal of the same college and Bashir Ahmed has been retained as principal of Government Muslim Degree College, 41/JB, Faisalabad.

Associate Prof Mehr Muhammad Akhtar Wahab of Government Post-Graduate College, Layyah, has been appointed as principal of the same college; Maqbool Hussain has been retained as principal of Government Municipal Degree College, Toba Tek Singh; Assistant Prof Javed Mehmood of Government College, Kallar Syedan, Rawalpindi, has been appointed as principal of the same college, Assistant Prof Ziaur Rehman of Government College Daulatala, Rawalpindi, as principal of the same college.

Ghulam Mustafa has been retained as principal of Government Post- Graduate College, Attock; Muhammad Mehmood Khan Khakwani retained as principal of Government S.A College, Dera Nawab Sahib, Bahwalpur; Assistant Prof Haqnawaz Waheed of Government College Hazro, Attock, has been appointed as principal of the same college; Assistant Prof Fazalur Rehman of Government College, Bosal, Attock, as principal of the same college and Assistant Prof of Government College Jand, Attock as principal of the same college.
