ST JOHN’S (Antigua), Dec 5: West Indies opening batsman Leon Garrick will return home from the tour of Sri Lanka because of a potentially serious heart ailment, the Caribbean News Agency (CANA) reported.

A statement from the West Indies Cricket Board’s public relations firm Tuesday said Garrick had been diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome after complaining of chest pains and shortness of breath.
