KARACHI, Dec 5: The examination forms of SSC-part I (Class IX) for the annual examination-2002 of science and general group (regular) have been made available at 14 authorised branches of NBP and 20 branches of HBL.

This was announced by the Board of Secondary Education Karachi.

The forms can be purchased for Rs 8 each and deposited in the same branch of the bank without a late fee between Dec 11 and 27.

Whereas the forms can be submitted with a late fee of Rs 50 from Dec 28 to Jan 2; with a late fee of Rs 100 from Jan 3 to 7 and with a late fee of Rs200 can be submitted between Jan 8 and 11.

The BSE has made it clear that no form will be accepted after the expiry of the scheduled dates.

It said the banks are authorised to charge Rs 5 per form as bank charges while receiving the form and no commission fee will be charged by the bank on the sale of the form.

The form could be deposited in the same branch of the bank instead of the BSEK.—APP
