LRC to screen test owners

Published April 6, 2003

LAHORE, April 5: The Lahore Race Club (LRC) has decided to screen test all horse owners to weed out undesirable elements, who have crept in owners’ ranks.

A notification issued by the LRC has directed all owners to apply fresh for registration as horse owners in the club. They have been asked to furnish all details in the newly designed proforma available with the club by May 31.

All owners have been warned that failing to do so will lose their ownership and horses running in their names will be debarred from races after the expiry of the date. No excuse whatsoever will be entertained in this respect. the notification adds.—A.G
