College teachers’ salaries looted

ABBOTTABAD, Dec 2: Robbers looted Rs4,60,000 from the accountant of Pakistan International Public School & College, Abbottabad, at gun point on Saturday.

The accountant of the college said that after drawing the salaries of the girls wing from National Bank Maindian Branch he was on its way to the college and when he reached at the main gate of the college, four armed men stopped the college vehicle and snatched the money from him and fled away in a car.

School staff followed them and some fires were exchanged but they ran away after leaving the car in Jinnahabad.

An FIR has been lodged against the robbery.
