KOHAT, March 27: The Kohat police arrested four proclaimed offenders, including their ringleader, after raiding a house in the semi-autonomous tribal region of Shindand, nine kilometres from here on Rawalpindi road.

Giving details of the operation ASP, Abdul Jabbar said during a press briefing held at the police club on Thursday that SSP, Abid Ali had received a tip-off that a gang of fugitives was hiding in Shindand and had plans to kidnap some people.

A party comprising 50 policemen raided the house and arrested Moin Khan, the ringleader and his three accomplices.
