KARACHI, March 21: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad has said all measures will be taken to solve schoolteachers’ problems and transparency will be ensured in their recruitments and promotions.

He was talking to representatives of schoolteachers led by the Teachers’ Welfare Associations Alliance at the Governor’s House on Friday.

The governor also directed the concerned authorities to submit him a report for resolution of schoolteachers’ problems by late April.

The teachers’ representatives said that recruitment of 18, 19 and 20 grade schoolteachers should be made from among the teachers cadre.—PPI
