Cricket team returns today

LAHORE, March 6: The Pakistan cricket team after a dismal performance in the eighth World Cup-2003 will arrive in the wee hours of Friday morning.

Four players namely Saeed Anwar, Shahid Afridi, Muhammad Sami and Rashid Latif have already reached Karachi on Thursday.

The remaining 11 players of the team due to arrive at Lahore are: Taufiq Umar, Saleem Elahi, Younis Khan, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Yousaf Youhana, Abdul Razzaq, Waqar Younis, Wasim Akram, Azhar Mahmood, Saqlain Mushtaq and Shoaib Akhtar.
