KARACHI, Feb 20: Karachi Police have placed public complaint forms at all the offices of Town Police Officers (TPOs), Madadgar-15 and post offices.

The forms are free of cost. Any aggrieved person may fill up the form drop it in the ‘drop box’ placed at the concerned TPO’s office.

All the TPOs have been directed to ensure the availability of the forms at their offices and also to display the a specimen on notice boards for public information.

The TPOs are dutybound to go through the complaint forms on daily basis and have been directed to get FIRs registered if necessary for further action. They have also been asked to conduct necessary inquiries in other cases.—APP
