KARACHI: Flower show from 21st

KARACHI, Feb 9: The Horticultural Society of Pakistan, in collaboration with the City District Government Karachi, will organize a flower show from Feb 21 to 23 at Gulshan-i-Jinnah (old polo ground).

According to a press release, a large number of competitors are expected to participate.

The Ladies’ Horticultural Club, Floral Art Society, Ikebana International, lkenobo Study Group, Amateurs Gardeners Club, Orchid Society of Pakistan, Bonsai Society, the Cactus and Succulent Society will put up their stalls.

The DHA, the Cantonment Board, town committees, Army, Navy, Air Force, the KPT etc., will display their pot plants.—APP
