LAKKI MARWAT, April 1: Armed men kidnapped a nomad girl at gunpoint after injuring her mother near Dallokhel Phattak on the outskirts of Lakki, police said on Monday.

They said that two rival groups of the village traded fire as a result Ghani Rehman from one group was killed while Raees Khan from the other side was injured seriously.

Police said that they registered separate cases against the accused persons of both the groups. “The accused persons nominated in the FIRs include Dilawar Khan, Ghani Khan, Resham, Inayatullah and Behram,” police said. They added that Dilawar Khan was arrested.
