SANGHAR, Jan 25: Three bandits have surrendered before the police after an encounter, that lasted for about one hour, in the Berani police station jurisdiction.

DPO Ghulam Qadir Thebo, while speaking at a press conference, held at his office here on Saturday, said after receiving information of Adloo Khoso gang members’ movement in sand dunes located between Naobad and Berani, a police party engaged the bandits. An additional police force was also called.

The bandits who surrendered were identified as Maroo Bheel alias Sarwar Chandio, Ghulam Abbas Khoso and Mitho Malokani.

Adloo Khoso, Haji Khoso, Karim, Ali Hassan Rind and Rahzan Khoso escaped.

The police claimed that Abbas Khoso had killed his four relatives near Dilore Mori two years back.
