LAHORE: PBC suspends four licences

LAHORE, Jan 25: The Punjab Bar Council Tribunal headed by Justice Nasim Sikandar has suspended the licences of four lawyers till further orders for not appearing before it on complaints against them when they were summoned earlier.

The lawyers are Manzoor Ahmad Dhudra (Gujrat), Muhammad Iqbal Awan (Lahore), Abdul Majid Sheikh (Lahore) and Javaid Shafi (Lahore).

Punjab Bar Council secretary Muhammad Akbar Bhatti has informed the registrar of the Lahore High Court in this regard and requested to kindly inform the honourable courts.
