LAHORE: Nominations of seven PPP candidates accepted

LAHORE, Jan 25: The nomination papers of seven candidates, including a female, of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians were found in order for the Senate election by the returning officer on Saturday.

The candidates whose nomination papers were accepted were: Syed Sajjad Husain Bokhari, Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa, S.M.Masood, Ehsanul Haq Piracha, Sajida Mir, Nisar Ahmad Sheikh and Muhammad Akbar Khwaja.

Scrutiny of nomination papers for the Senate elections will continue till Jan 29.—APP
