KARACHI, March 12: The Karachi Stock Exchange announced suspension in trading of shares in Goodluck Industries Limited from Wednesday (March 13, 2013).

A notice released by the Exchange on Tuesday said that Goodluck Industries Limited had failed to comply with the instructions of the exchange to fulfil the requirements of Listing Regulation No.30 (1) (g) i.e. induction of the Ordinary Shares of the Company into CDS of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited within 90 days i.e. up to March 11, 2013.

“In view of above and as required under the Listing Regulation No. 30(2)(b), trading in the shares of the company would be suspended from March 13, 2013, in exercise of the powers vested in the Exchange under Sub-Section (7) of Section 9 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 and Regulation No.30(2)(b) of the Listing Regulations”, the notice stated.
