It all started with the kidnapping of Dr Saeed Ahmad Khan, an eye specialist and surgeon of the well-known charitable hospital LRBT, Quetta.

People were in great shock when the news came after the recovery of the doctor that LRBT has halted all its operations and it was planning to shift the valuable machinery of the hospital to Punjab and Sindh branches.

This decision, taken by the management of LRBT, came as a shock as they didn’t realise the sufferings of a large number of people of Quetta and the rest of Balochistan.

The LRBT was the only charitable hospital for eye treatment with qualified doctors and management with high-tech machinery.

The LRBT management must reconsider its decision.
