Sheesha smoking

SHEESHA smoking takes place in most cafes in Islamabad. Recently in the F-7/3 market cafe owners have encroached upon pavements in front of their joints, where Sheesha and cigarette smoking takes place. Many smokers are under-age children. The government should look into the problem.
