US-based team to visit Muzaffarabad

MUZAFFARABAD, Jan 13: A two-member delegation of Washington-based International Centre for Religion and Diplomacy will pay a day-long visit to the AJK capital on Tuesday, it was learnt here on Monday.

The delegation, comprising Centre’s president Douglas Jonston and senior vice=president and project director Brian Cox, is coming here on the invitation of AJK minister for finance, Shah Ghulam Qadir, who has also founded an NGO namely Kashmir Institute of International Relations.

After its arrival, the delegation will visit the Kashmiri refugees’ camp and later call on AJK prime minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan.
