Marketing congress from 20th

LAHORE, Jan 13: The Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP) is organizing a two-day marketing congress — Marcon 2003 — starting on January 20.

This was stated by Marcon 2003 chairman Khaliq-ur-Rehman at a press briefing held here on Monday.

The congress will discuss current marketing issues and identify solutions and the importance and impact of information technology (IT) on marketing.

The congress will cover different areas of marketing including marketing in the age of IT, media, advertising, market research, export marketing, leadership skills and strategic communications, brand management and service marketing.

The organizers expect that a large number of middle, senior and top executives from all across the country will participate in the congress.

The last Marcon was held in 1996 and was attended by 450 delegates.
