NOWSHERA, Dec 20:  The body of a teenage boy, who went missing a day ago from Pabbi area, was found here on Thursday.

Officials said that body of Syed Kamal, a resident of Aurmer Payan, was found in the fields of Qasim Ali Baig. The boy went missing after offering Isha prayer at a local mosque.

Police was informed that a dead body was lying in the fields. Police rushed to the site and brought the body to Mian Rashid Memorial Hospital in Pabbi for autopsy.

Sultan Khan, father of the boy, identified the dead body of his son.

He said that they had no enmity with anyone. Pabbi police station registered a case against unidentified persons.

In another incident, a man and his 10-year-old son sustained serious injuries when their rivals opened indiscriminate firing on them.

Police said that Zar Mohammad and his son Bilal Mohammad were injured critically when Shakeel Khan and his brother Tahir Khan, residents of Maskeenabad, opened firing on them.

The motive behind the attack was stated to be an old dispute.

The injured were taken to district headquarters hospital in Nowshera in critical condition.
