LAHORE, Dec 14: The PCB U-16 one day cricket tournament will be played here from Dec 24 in Lahore and Islamabad simultaneously.

“In all 13 teams have been divided into two pools will feature in the event,” said a spokesman of Pakistan Cricket Board here on Friday.

Pool ‘A’ comprising Quetta, Karachi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Lahore and Multan, while pool ‘B’ has Abbottabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, Fata, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Bahawalpur region has been added as the thirteenth team in the tournament. Dates and venues of semifinals and the final of the tournament will be announced later.—APP
