Car lifters’ gang busted

LARKANA, Oct 9: Nasirabad police on Tuesday busted a gang of car lifters and recovered four cars, two Datsun pickups from their possession.

The SSP Nasirabad Ghulam Asghar Shaikh told this correspondent over phone that after getting a tip-off, the police raided different locations and arrested Dad Muhammed Marhata, Maher Singh and Nadir Khan Bughti and recovered from their possession four Suzuki Mehran cars and, two Datsun carry.

The gang had been active in car snatching and developed connections with other gangs in Sindh. —Correspondent
