CHINIOT, Jan 7: A woman was killed and three people sustained injuries when an ambulance crashed into a tractor-trolley on the Jhang Road on Tuesday.
Accompanying the body of her father, Mst Munawar Sultana was on way to Shakargarh from Mankera. The crash took place near Jamiaabad due to fog.
Sultana died on the spot while her minor son, sister Mona Begum and ambulance driver Muhammad Saleem received serious injuries. They were rushed to a local hospital from where Mona Begum was removed to Lahore
SHOT DEAD: Mazhar alias Pappu, a wanted man, was killed reportedly by his rivals here on Tuesday.
Pappu was on way along with his brother Bashir when his rivals, also believed to be outlaws, opened fire.
