Sana takes on Khan

Published November 9, 2012

LAHORE, Nov 9: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has asked PTI chairman Imran Khan not to find excuses for avoiding general elections as the PML-N will not allow him to do so. He said that the polls would expose political status and popularity of the ‘tsunami’ Khan.

Commenting on the PTI chief’s statement, Rana Sana said Imran Khan was presently dreaming of becoming the prime minister but would soon wake up to realize that the one (a reference to former ISI chief Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha) who made him a ‘bogus’ leader had retired and Khan would also have to quit politics.

He said seeing the speed at which the PTI was losing its leaders and workers, the day was not far when Imran Khan would be standing alone in the party. — Staff Reporter
