LAHORE, Jan 4: The city district government will provide a venue for holding industrial and information technology exhibitions and book fairs.

District Nazim Mian Amer Mahmood stated this while talking to the people after inaugurating annual book fair of the Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association at the Alhamra Art Gallery here on Saturday. Provincial Tourism Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal was also present on the occasion.

Mian Amer lauded the publication of low-cost editions of books by the publishers.

He said the step would help revive reading habit of the people.
