This is quite unexpected. You would never have expected a Bollywood star, a leading lady at that, to stoop that low to keep herself in the news. According to insiders, actress Preity Zinta creates phony Twitter accounts in order to follow herself on the social networking website. It does not end here. The report claims the actress has also been greasing the palms of some journalists to write goodie-goodie stuff about her.

If that’s true and you were to rationalise the whole saga, it’d seem understandable. Preity Z’s graph over the years has gone down faster than an airplane whose engines have gone kaput. Her TV career also hasn’t taken off. So you never know if the dimpled gal resorts to such false practices.
