Three arrested

ISLAMABAD, Jan 3: Police on Friday arrested three persons for allegedly trying to snatch a taxi from its driver.

Sajid Mehmmod, Kousar Mehmmod and Nadeem Iqbal hired the cab (LHV-8154) from Pirwadhai.

When they reached Mughal Chowk, in the limits of Sihala police station, they held the taxi driver Attaur Rehman at gun point and started beating him.

A police, who were on routine patrolling, reached the spot and arrested the criminals.

The police have registered a case and started investigation.—APP
