Over two million Muslims from around the world flood the Saudi city of Mecca to perform the annual Haj pilgrimage which is one of the five pillars of Islam.

On the day of Arafat  millions of Muslim pilgrims will stand in prayer on Mount Arafat near Mecca at the peak of the annual pilgrimage. Eid al-Adha marks the end of Haj. – text by AFP
